The Best of All Worlds  - official EARLE HAGEN website
Screen Music from Earle Hagen

The rich trove of screen music from the pen of Earle Hagen ranges from orchestration and composition for great 20th Century Fox films (including a cluster of blockbuster musicals)to some of television's most beloved themes and the scoring of some 4000 hours of music to augment the comedy and drama series they headlined.

While his theme for “The Andy Griffith Show” may be the best known, we give special attention here to Earle Hagen's tour de force scores for the 1965-1968 Sheldon Leonard dramatic show “I Spy.”

From other sections, you'll want to check out the pages on “Harlem Nocturne” (used as theme for the “Mike Hammer” series) as well as those  about  Earle Hagen, dean of teachers of music for the screen, two features on personal recollections of his career, and info about his books on film scoring.
